Deborah Heater is an executive-level consultant and attorney with more than 30 years of experience advising leadership across government, education, nonprofit, and complex organizational environments. As founder of Strategic Performance Systems, established in 2008, she works with organizations to strengthen leadership alignment, improve team effectiveness, and build engaged performance cultures that support sustained results.
